The Ritz Carlton
The Roundtable Series are two-day, invitation-only, executive-level retreats with expertly facilitated discussions mixed with high-level sponsor use studies. Our goals: to facilitate and lead conversations about the trends in the industry to help both sponsors and attending firms grow business, efficiently—while expanding and solidifying relationships between industry thought leaders and solution providers.
The agenda follows a format designed to maximize discussion and networking. We begin with a casual reception on our first evening together, and then we are in all-day roundtable discussion Thursday. Case studies on topics relevant to the group are presented with open discussion and sharing of common experience encouraged. We also include 10-minute targeted sponsor presentations with messaging directly related to the audience. Thursday evening we have an event and dinner, and attendees and sponsors are free to network on their own or leave at any point Friday. We follow up with the Top 10 Takeaways for all attendees and sponsors, as well as sharing complete contact information.
We encourage you to review the Top Ten Takeaways from our 2018 events to get a feel for the high-level discussions. We would love to see you at one of our 2019 events. You are our guest for air and hotel; you may RSVP here, or enter your information here. Please note we cap attendance at twenty, to maximize networking and discussion; this invitation is not transferable without permission.
The Fine Print
- We will cover your hotel and air for the meeting. Once your flight is booked, we cannot cancel it; if you must cancel, we respectfully ask that you reimburse the meeting for the cost of the flight (and you may use the ticket for another purpose). We will do our best to cancel hotel arrangements if given 7-days notice of a need to cancel.
- We believe diversity is key to our collaborative discussions and invite one attendee per firm. If you feel it is important for a second C-level or decision maker to attend, we can discuss arrangements to have your firm cover those costs, if attendance/space permits.
